The purpose of the microtrauma is to stimulate a local inflammatory response which initiates the reabsorption of excessive scar tissue and facilitates a cascade effect of healing activity. Adhesions within the soft tissue that may have developed because of surgery, immobilisation or repetitive strain, are broken down, thus allowing the client to regain function and improved motor control.

 Remedial / Sports Massage

Pre and post event and injury prevention and maintenance.

 Relaxation Massage

Not all treatments need to be therapeutic.
